“I can’t
claim to have discovered anybody as I think that demeans
their work a bit. But there’s Chris Jackson, who’s
up and coming and was in the 100% Design 10x10 exhibition
last year [where 10 famous designers chose 10 less established
ones]. He’s now done some work for Habitat.”
Tom Dixon, speaking
in an interview in the Financial Times /

“Unlike a lot of young designers,
Chris doesn’t create work to be fashionable and (he)
thinks creatively as well as commercially - an exciting
talent for the future.”
Simon Pengelly,

"Chris Jackson is a designer whom
I admire and am always interested to hear about what he
is working on; his approach is intuitive, intelligent, inventive
and above all original."
